Outside the Cave is a Community Enterprise that promotes an holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We believe physical, emotional, and spiritual health are connected and all need to be addressed equally.
Our Team Be programme offers mindfulness practices, physical activity, and creative outlets to help people of all ages find what works for them. The program aims to connect people with nature for a greater sense of well-being.
